Brand new recipes brewed every other week give Batch Brewing Company the impressive statistic of having made over 150 unique beers in its lifetime, highlights of which include experimental or rare hopped IPAs and fruited kettle sours bearing the slightly modified name of famous hip-hop artists (Nectarious B.I.G, anyone?). Couple that with the grungy warehouse space containing a stacked pallet, concrete-topped bar and worn leather couches, beers brewed with locally sourced malt, and hand-stamped, recycled paper tags slung around the necks of takeaway bottles, and you’ve got an environmentally conscious brewery that doesn’t compromise when it comes to paying attention to the smallest of details.
You must try: An aforementioned fruited sour or any IPA.
Did you know? Batch promotes their brewery with a range of pretty entertaining infomercials.
