As sleek and no-nonsense as Sauce Brewing Co may first appear, plenty of cheekiness lurks beneath the stainless-steel surface, hints of which appear in the pops of bold colours in detailing, and a tap list chock full of sauce puns. It also boasts something very rare to find in a brewery – a beer garden. In fact, it’s the Inner West’s largest. It’s out here the brewery’s approachable beers go down a treat on a warm afternoon.
You must try: Owner Mike Clarke’s passion lies in IPAs, so it’s best to try at least one.
